The Polymeal
For health and the holidays | Around the office, I'm a big proponent of PolyFridays: a combination of red wine, dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Hardly sounds like health food, but according to a medical study reported in the British Journal of Medicine, it is just that (along with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil a few other foods representative of the mediterranean diet). |
